Waiting for the Solo Maître CoQ: 27 April to 5 May

Ahead of this demanding and complex race, our skipper, Adrien Simon, told us:
“Finishing the Grande Course in the Guy Cotten – a first for me – ensured my qualification for the Solitaire du Figaro Paprec. Qualification for the Solitaire du Figaro Paprec. My 3rd place as a rookie really motivates me
to take on the big names in the discipline.

Since mid-April, I’ve been training again for 2 weeks before taking the boat to Les Sables d’Olonne for the start of the Solo Maître CoQ. I’m pretty well rested and in good shape. I can’t wait to get back out on the water, hopefully with a bit more sunshine than in March and some milder conditions!

I’m very motivated and still want to finish this race in a good position in the Bizuth rankings, or even reach the podium? The level is very high, we worked hard at the Spi Ouest-France and the Trophée Laura Vergne, there are lots of new things to put in place and that’s particularly stimulating”.
