Amandine and Rémi Nodin, the winemakers in charge of cultivating the Grandes Terres vineyard
Terres vineyard brought the ewes to prepare the ground. They will stay for two weeks,
time to “weed”.
By reducing carbon footprint and enhancing biodiversity, eco-pasturing is a gentle and
ecological way of managing the vineyard in harmony with our values.
